Important notice : When we collect personal data through forms, we indicate the mandatory fields with asterisks. 4. TO WHOM COULD WE DISCLOSE YOUR DATA?

Within LA SIRENE. Your Data will only be accessible by a limited and defined number of recipients according to their functions within LA SIRENE ("Organisation LA SIRENE").

5. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA?

We may retain your Data for as long as it is necessary to provide you with your purchased services.

Your Data will be kept in particular until your last use or purchase of our services, and in principle up to 5 years thereafter, unless the local laws in force require us to keep it longer or for a shorter period, or if we have a legitimate and legal interest in doing so.

The cookies managed by LA SIRENE are kept for up to 6 months.

LA SIRENE respects the retention periods imposed by the laws and regulations in force. If your data is no longer necessary for the provision of a service or if you no longer wish to be added to the mailing list of our newsletters or events, your data will be deleted or archived anonymously.
